Söptei Restaurant – Tradition and Renewal

Opened in Csopak in 1998, the Söptei Restaurant brings a new impetus to the gastronomic tradition. Dishes with a fresh take on familiar Hungarian flavours are in perfect harmony with the award-winning wines of Söptei Winery. Dining in the arbour with its eye-catching panoramic views of Lake Balaton offers an exceptional gastronomic experience, while the restaurant’s renewed interior welcomes individual and group guests from early autumn to late spring.

Söptei Smoker – Smoke over the water!

There’s something new under the Csopak sun! In the spring of ’21, the Söptei Restaurant, famous for its innovative approach, did something rough. The meat lovers’ breakthrough barbecue technology has been fooled by the irresistible Söptei flavour. With the hot-smokin’ Söptei Smoker, a big iron uniquely welded to the designs of passionate chef Róbert Söptei, they’ve now warmed up the salt-free gastronomy scene. Because they like the metal, the smoke, the thigh-high portions and the deep purple crust on the juicy bits!

Söptei JazzDűlő – Relaxing in the arbour

On summer weekends, the restaurant’s garden awaits guests who want to relax among the greenery of the vines, under the light of colourful lanterns, with live music, a stylish DJ, cool wines and the chef’s trendy grill and BBQ dishes. There will be dense plus intoxication, spectacle, experience, sunshine, moonlight. Robi’s super bistro cuisine, hot smoked meat dishes, tender barbecue sausages, a surprise for vegans. Zsolti’s award-winning wines, golden magic and silvery atmosphere. Virtuoso live music, real instrumentalists, gleaming black plates. Enter George Benson, Aretha Franklin, Amy Winehouse, Jamiroquai, Jacko and more. Bring your feet up if you dare, JazzDűlő is not steep!
