It is located in a quiet location on a mountainside with a view of Lake Balaton. The nearest restaurant: 50 meters, the nearest shop 200 meters, the road to the lake 1000 meters. The house consists of two parts (with separate entrances) and a total of 4 apartments. Its maximum reception capacity is 28 people. It has a large enclosed garden, parking, garden deckchairs, barbecue and swimming pool. On the two levels of the house, there are 4 elegantly furnished apartments with separate entrances (the apartments are 80-80 m2), providing a comfortable rest for a maximum of 28 people.

House A, Apartment 1: 3-room apartment on the ground floor for 5 people. Living room with sofa, cable TV, radio, dining room for 8 people. Fully equipped kitchen (stove, microwave oven, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, complete cutlery and crockery equipment). 1st bedroom with double bed, 2nd bedroom with double bed and 1 bed. House Apartment 2: 4-room apartment on the first floor for 9 people. Living room with sofa set, American kitchen (stove, microwave oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, complete set of dishes and utensils), cable TV, radio, dining room. 1st room with a double bed, 2nd room with a double bed and 2 x 1 beds. 3 rooms with double and single beds. Bathroom (with shower, toilet) and terrace with garden furniture.

House B apartment 3: 3-room apartment on the ground floor for 5 people. Living room with sofa, cable TV, radio, dining room for 6 people. Complete kitchen (stove, microwave oven, refrigerator, coffee machine, complete cutlery and crockery equipment). 1st room with double bed, 2nd room with 1 bed.
