A Bergmann Cukrászdák a Bergmann családról kapták nevüket, ahol nagy hagyományai vannak a cukrász mesterségnek. Az első Bergmann Cukrászdát 1939-ben Győrben nyitotta édesapánk, nagyapánk, dédapánk, Bergmann Imre. Napjainkban is az ő szakmai elhivatottságát tartjuk követendő példának. Balatonfüredi cukrászdáink 1992. és 1999. óta csábítják az édes ízek kedvelőit. Vendégeink között nagy a törzsvendégek aránya, ami annak a régi családi alapelvnek is köszönhető, hogy a jó minőségű alapanyagokat nem szabad felcserélni silány utánzatokkal, csak a legjobb adható. A Balatonfüred, Petőfi Sándor u. 64. szám alatti cukrászdánkat, tágas, napsütötte terasz (ez sajnos az időjárás függvénye), békebeli polgári kialakítású belső tér és családias hangulat jellemzi.
