Borászatok

Lídia Borház

Pincészetünk, a Balatonfüred-Csopak borvidéken Zánkán, a Balaton északi partján található. A birtokot nagyszülőktől átvéve 1996-ban édesapám Varga Zoltán bővítette testvérével együtt.

Borainkat reduktív módon hűtve, acéltartályban erjesztjük. A szüret ládás kéziszüret, hogy minél jobban óvjuk a fürtöket.

Családi vállalkozásunk 16 hektáron gazdálkodik. A szőlő fejlődéséért, szüretéért Csaba unokatestvérem felelős, míg a feldolgozásért, borkészítésért, marketing és értékesítési feladatok Hozzám, Varga Andráshoz tartoznak.

Boraink főleg fehér fajták: olaszrizling, szürkebarát, irsai olivér, rajnai rizling, furmint, rózsakő
Vörös fajtáink: kékfrankos, merlot, pinot noir, zweigelt.

Palackos tételeinkből 12-14 szortimentet állandó jelleggel tartunk. Megtalálható köztük mind a gyöngyöző fehér és vörös mind a testesebb érésűek.

Boraink nagy részét helyi bor bisztrókban, gasztrokocsmákban, éttermekben értékesítjük.
