A pincészet, ahogy a szőlészet is, tipikus családi kisvállalkozásnak tekinthető. A munkák megoszlanak a családtagok között. Amennyire lehet megpróbálunk a pincészet számára tökéletes alapanyagot biztosítani a saját szőlőinkből. A pincészetben szerepet kap a „régi” és az „új”, ami azt jelenti, hogy a hagyományost és az új technikákat is alkalmazva kapjuk azt a végeredményt, amit a szőlő és a borász együttesen alkotnak. Az elkészült borokat magunk palackozzuk 750 ml-es és 1500 ml-es üvegekbe, amelyeknek zömét vendéglátó helyeknek értékesítjük illetve kis részét a pincétől vásárolják meg a fogyasztók.
